When you install and use the App, we may access the following data through the Shopify API:

• Product data (titles, IDs, metafields) necessary to create successor relationships
• Shop information (domain, name) required for app functionality

We do not collect personal data from your customers directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data accessed through Shopify solely to:

• Display and manage product successor relationships in the dashboard
• Store successor assignments as product metafields in your Shopify store
• Render the storefront successor banner via the theme extension

4. Data Storage

Successor relationships are stored exclusively as Shopify metafields within your own Shopify store. We do not maintain a separate database of your product or customer data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising services within the App.

6. GDPR Compliance

We comply with Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks:

• Customer data requests: We respond to customer data access requests as required.
• Customer data deletion: We delete any customer-related data upon request.
• Shop data deletion: Upon app uninstallation, all associated data is removed.

7. Cookies

The App runs embedded within the Shopify Admin and does not use cookies independently beyond what Shopify's platform requires for authentication.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
